1. Go to: go.uic.edu/SupportMed 

2. Enter your gift amount and choose One Time or Recurring

3. Under “Gift Designation”:

   • Click the drop-down menu

   • Scroll and select “Other.” (This is required.)

4. After you select Other, a box will appear. In that box, type exactly:
   UICOM C – Rejuvenate Asia
   Tip: If any words are already in the box, delete them first, then type the line above.

5. Enter your contact information.

6. Choose your payment method (credit/debit card, Venmo, or PayPal) and complete your gift.
